Some adult day care centers provide adult day care services for mentally handicapped or mentally challenged adults. Adult care can range from just having somebody to talk to during the day to having somebody assist a patient who has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's. Each facility will have their own specialty when it comes to what they are more experienced in, and what they are trained to do. Ask each community how long they have been in business, how much a typical month costs, and what services they provide to their residents.
